Do young people see the world more clearly than adults?

Good morning, everyone!

Today, I want to talk about a simple question: Who sees the world more clearly — young people or adults?

Many people think adults see the world more clearly because they have lived longer. They have made mistakes. They have learned hard lessons. This experience is like a map. When young people get lost, adults can say, "I have been there before. Don’t go that way."

Adults notice dangers that we cannot see. Young people are full of energy. We want to run fast. But adults see the holes in the road. They warn us to slow down. This caution comes from real life. It is not fear. It is wisdom.

Adults also see the long game. Young people want everything to change NOW. But adults know that some things take time. They understand that patience is important. They see the big picture, not just today.

On the other hand, young people see the world more clearly than adults in some ways. The youth have fresh eyes. They are new to this world. Everything is still exciting and interesting to them. They look at things and ask, "Why is it like this?" Adults look at things and say, "It has always been like this."

Young people also have strong feelings about right and wrong. When they see something bad, they feel it deeply. They want to change it. Adults sometimes see the same bad thing and just say, "That’s life." Young people, however, say, "No, life can be better." This passion helps us see truths that adults may have forgotten.

Also, young people are not afraid to dream. They see possibilities everywhere. Adults see a wall and think, "I cannot go through." Young people see a wall and think, "Maybe there is a door." This hope is not silly. It is a clear way of seeing the future.

So, what is the answer?

The truth is, neither side is perfect. Young people have one piece of the puzzle. Adults have another piece. If we only look through young eyes, we might fall. If we only look through adult eyes, we might never fly.

The clearest view comes when we put our pieces together — when young people share their dreams and passion, and adults share their wisdom and patience. Then, and only then, can we truly see the world as it is and as it could be.

Thank you!
