Good morning, teachers and dear schoolmates, I am Camellia from class 2404.

To start today, I want to ask you a few questions: What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Do you prefer reading a book on a quiet evening, or do you enjoy going out with friends? Do you feel more comfortable in the company of many people, or do you prefer a small group? By answering these questions, you might discover whether you are an introvert or an extrovert.

Now, let us explore a question that has been widely debated: Do introverts or extroverts make better leaders?

Extroverts like to talk and work with others and are not afraid to speak in front of people. They often share their ideas and lead group activities. Because of this, many people think extroverts are good leaders.

But introverts can also be good leaders.

Introverts are usually quiet, but they are good listeners. They like to think carefully before they speak while also caring about others’ ideas and feelings. Introverted leaders may not talk much, but they often make good decisions.

So, who is the better leader? The answer is: both.

Being a good leader is not about talking a lot or being very quiet. It is about helping others, working together, and taking responsibility. Both introverts and extroverts can be good leaders in their own ways.

As students, we all have the chance to be leaders. You don’t need to change who you are. If you are outgoing, you can lead by speaking and sharing. If you are quiet, you can lead by listening and helping.

Let’s respect our differences and learn from each other.

Thank you for listening.
